The Bank’s clients can execute money transfers and transactions in the financial markets remotely by using one of the remote account management systems:

Internet banking - operations with current account on-line from any computer;

Directbank - after a special software is installed current account operations can also be executed off-line by using modem connection;

Transfers by fax - payment instructions or other orders can be submitted to the Bank by fax;

Telephone banking - payment instructions or other orders can be submitted to the Bank by phone.

In order to execute client payments efficiently Komercbanka Baltikums has developed a wide network of correspondent banking relationships. The Bank has established correspondent relations with more than 30 banks in 15 countries.
