JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums has increased the share capital of Investment Management JSC Baltikums Asset Management

JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums has increased the share capital of its daughter company Investment Management JSC Baltikums Asset Management by LVL 1.512 million. After the increase paid up share capital of Investment Management JSC Baltikums Asset Management is LVL 4.012 million.

The funds raised as a result of a new Investment Management JSC Baltikums Asset Management share issue will be directed towards increasing the company's interest in JSC Baltikums Apdrosinasanas Grupa with the aim of accumulating a 25 % stake.

This transaction is a logic continuation of the plans of JSC Baltikums Apdrosinasanas Grupa and JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa shareholders - to restructure Baltikums holding, having consolidated the financial and insurance enterprises under JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa. The mentioned consolidation will allow to optimize and further successfully to develop activity of holding.
