Amendments to the Articles of Association of JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums (project)

According to the conditions of the Riga Stock Exchange On Listing and Trading of Financial Instruments on the Market Regulated by the Exchange paragraph 22.1, JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums informs about the project of amendments to the Articles of Association, which will be considered in the shareholder meeting of the beginning of January 2007.

Paragraph 3.1 of the Articles of Association will be expressed in the following wording:

"3.1. The fixed capital of the Company is LVL 10,415,000 (ten million four hundred fifteen thousand lats). The fixed capital of the Company consists of 10,415,000 (ten million four hundred fifteen thousand) shares. The value of one share is LVL 1 (one lat)."
