On 26 April 2007 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums set the coupon rate for the second coupon period (from 2^nd May, 2007, till 1^th August, 2007) on its notes at 7.005% p.a.

According to the terms of the issue, the coupon rate is set for each interest calculation period. The coupon rate is based on 3 (three) month EURIBOR rate, which is fixed on the coupon rate determination date, plus 3% p.a. According to Bank of Latvia, 3 month EURIBOR rate on 26 April 2007 was 4.005% p.a.

On 31 January 2007 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums set the coupon rate for the first coupon period (from 2^nd February, 2007, till 1^th May, 2007) on its notes at 6.782 % p.a.The first payment of the coupon at the rate of 6.782 % p.a. will take place on 2^nd May 2007.
