Following a share issue, JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums's share capital has been increased by LVL 110,000, thereby reaching LVL 10,525,000. All shares of the new issue have been acquired by the Bank's sole shareholder, namely, JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa. In turn, JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums has raised the size of its investment into the share capital of its subisidiary company IPAS Baltikums Asset Management by LVL 110,000. Following the increase of the capital base IPAS Baltikums Asset Management's subscribed and paid-up capital amounts to LVL 5,574,000. |
