On JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums Notes Coupon Interest Payment (For the Fourth Coupon Period) |
In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on 04 February 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make a coupon payment (interest) on the notes (ISIN: LV0000800407) for the fourth coupon period (from 2nd November, 2007 till 1th February, 2008) for the total amount of 194,298.89 EUR. The size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note is 1.9429889 EUR.
JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums set the coupon rate for the fourth coupon period (from 2nd November, 2007 till 1th February, 2008) on its notes at 7.603% p.a.
