In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on May, 6, 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make a coupon payment (interest) on the notes (ISIN: LV0000800407) for the fifth coupon period (from February 2, 2008 till May 01, 2008) for the total amount of 184,350.00 EUR. The size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note is 1.8435 EUR.

JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums set the coupon rate for the fifth coupon period on its notes at 7.374% p.a.
