Coupon Payment on JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums Second Issues Notes (for the Fifth Coupon Period)

In compliance with the requirements changes of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we declare that on 23 October, 2008 JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums will make a coupon payment (interest) on its second issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800324) for the fifth coupon period (from April 21, 2008, till October 20, 2008). Total calculated interest amount is EUR 171,875.00, the size of the coupon payment (interest) per one note is EUR 3.4375.

According to the terms of the issue, the coupon rate is fixed for all calculation periods and equals 6.875% p.a.
